I implore you to invest in yourself! During my first pregnancy, I naively thought we didn't need supplements. However, after losing a piece of a tooth, I realised how wrong I was. After my second pregnancy and with my experience nursing, I now feel fantastic, largely due to these vitamins. Although I hesitated at first, I eventually bought them. Hair loss, leg cramps, and bleeding gums disappeared once the deficiencies were corrected. Remember, your child deserves a healthy mother, and I wholeheartedly endorse this vitamin complex!

These vitamins have become my essential rescue during breastfeeding. I've ordered them twice, as my energy increased significantly after switching from drugstore brands. Excellent product! I used these vitamins during my pregnancy and continue to use them while breastfeeding. They have been very beneficial; I have no hair loss or other postpartum issues, thanks to my vitamins, calcium, and omega. They come highly recommended by my nutritionist.

Stopped hair loss
It’s challenging to gauge the effect of multivitamins without prior testing. However, since starting these pills, my hair loss, which I battled for six months, has ceased! I take 1-2 tablets daily, occasionally skipping days, and I appreciate that they can be taken on an empty stomach. I will definitely continue with these; health is invaluable.
